Claims (1)
- ＬｉＮｂＯ３基板に光導波路として複数本のＴ
ｉ拡散導波路を形成し、かつこれらＴｉ拡散導波
路で方向性結合器を構成してなる光スイツチにお
いて、この方向性結合器を除く領域には、少なく
ともＴｉの熱拡散工程前の状態で、相互間での光
結合が生じない幅で各Ｔｉ拡散導波路間を短絡さ
せるＴｉパターンを形成したことを特徴とする方
向性結合形光スイツチ。
