Claims (1)
- 交差する２つの光導波路の交差部にスリツト状
に形成された溝からなる光導波路型分岐回路にお
いて、前記スリツト状溝が前記２つの光導波路の
交差角を２分する方向に設けられ、かつ前記スリ
ツト状溝の深さは前記光導波路を導波される導波
光のパワー分布以上の深さであり、また前記スリ
ツト状溝の前記光導波路に対する断面はいずれの
導波路に対しても横幅方向において同一の占有幅
を有していることを特徴とする光導波路型分岐回
路。
