- 基板の両端に階段状の段を基板の縁全幅に亘つ
て設け、この段に直交する向きに基板に溝を切り
、この溝に光フアイバを収容し、この光フアイバ
を樹脂によつて溝及び両端の段の部分で固定した
ことを特徴とする研磨型光カツプラ。
