    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導波路基板の一端に入射口を有し他端に複数の
    出射口を有する分岐導波路を該基板中に設けた導
    波路形光分岐器において、分岐導波路の入射口に
    つながる部分が微少な開き角を有して複数の直線
    状導波路部分に分岐し、この分岐した各々の導波
    路部分が夫々対応する出射口に複数の湾曲中心を
    有する曲線状導波路で接続されることを特徴とす
    る導波路形光分岐器。
