Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一端部をヒンジにて連結される一対の支持体
の突合わせ面に、食品を充填した食品包装体を収
納する収納空間部を形成し、該支持体の収納空間
部に食品包装体を覆う均熱板を敷設すると共に、
均熱板と支持体との間にヒータを配置し、収納空
間部外周の突合わせ面に、食品包装体の未シール
部を挟んで熱融着する融着部を設けたことを特徴
とする食品用密封・殺菌装置。 ２ 前記均熱板を、熱伝導率の高い銅やアルミニ
ウム等の１つ或いはこれらの合金よりなる金属で
形成したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の食品用
密封・殺菌装置。 ３ 前記均熱板に、遠赤外線を放射するアルミナ
、シリカ、マグネシア等の材料を用いることを特
