Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a wrinkle-smoothening cosmetic which has increased skin- activating functions and increased cell-activating action to accelerate percutaneous absorption by increased blood circulation, by using a specific saturated straight-chain high alcohol mixture in combination with vitamins.
