ば水がこぼれ落ち床を汚すという課題や悪くすると足に
飛びちり火傷をする危険性があった。そのために水をは
らずに調理する人も多く、この時には前述のような課題
に合わせて、汁受皿4に油等が焦げついて使用後の掃除
がやりにくいという課題があった。
