導電性パターンと、 基板上に形成され、所定値の抵抗を介して半導
体部品と電気的に接続された第２の導電性パター
ンと、 前記第１の導電性パターンの外側に形成された
絶縁層と、 該絶縁層の外側に形成され前記第２の導電性パ
ターンと電気的に接続される第３の導電性パター
ンとからなり、 該第３の導電性パターンに発生した静電気を前
記第１の導電性パターンに放電することを特徴と
する静電破壊防止回路。
