Claims (1)
- 静圧軸受とラビリンスシールとから成る浮動リ
ングを回転軸の外周に配置するとともに、ケーシ
ングの内周凹部で受け入れてなるラビリンスシー
ル装置において、前記ラビリンスシールの先端内
周面に段付き又はテーパの軸方向隙間を有する形
状とし、前記浮動シールの外周には、この浮動シ
ールを前記ケーシングの内周凹部の側面に押し付
けるばね手段、及び高圧室と前記静圧軸受へのガ
ス圧供給用の供給孔内圧力との間をシールするシ
ール手段をそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とするラビ
リンスシール装置。
