    と、該ロアブラケツトに回動可能に枢支されシー
    トバツクに固定されたアツパブラケツトと、前記
    アツパブラケツトに固定されたラチエツトと、前
    記ロアブラケツトに回動可能に枢支され前記ラチ
    エツトと係脱可能なポールと、前記ロアブラケツ
    トに回動可能に枢支され且つ前記ポールに作用的
    に連結され前記前記ラチエツトと前記ポールとの
    係合を解除する操作レバーと、前記ロアブラケツ
    トと前記操作レバーとの間に配設され前記操作レ
    バーを前記ラチエツトと前記ポールとが係合する
    よう常持付勢する付勢手段とを有するシートリク
    ライニング装置において、前記ロアブラケツトに
    形成され少なくとも前記操作レバーの前記ラチエ
    ツトと前記ポールとの係合解除操作方向以外の方
    向に荷重が加わつた場合において前記操作レバー
    と当接する当接部を有するシートリクライニング
    装置。
