チ制御装置において、上記プログラム設定値が上
限流量設定値の時に流量測定値に対して第１下限
流量警報値により監視する機能と、上記プログラ
ム設定値が初期流量設定値及び下限流量定値の時
に流量測定値に対して上記第１下限流量警報値よ
りは小さい第２下限流量警報値により監視する機
能とを具備したバツチ制御装置の流量警報装置。
