Claims (1)
- ダイカスト鋳造の金型に離型剤とエヤーとを混
合してスプレーノズルよりスプレーする装置に於
いて、離型剤のタンクとノズルの間に加圧ポンプ
、電磁弁、圧力コントロール装置及び流量計と一
本の流量センサーを設け、エヤー源とノズルの間
に電磁弁を設け、前記流量計と連繋したロボツト
制御盤よりの信号により前記それぞれの電磁弁が
開閉し、前記流量計及び圧力コントロール装置の
結果が演算装置に伝達され、演算装置は初期設定
と測定値とを比較して異常値を検出した場合には
初期設定を満足するように前記圧力コントロール
装置の圧力を補正する、ダイカスト鋳造に於ける
離型剤スプレー制御装置。
