制御盤よりの信号により前記それぞれの電磁弁が
開閉し、前記流量計及び圧力コントロール装置の
結果が演算装置に伝達され、演算装置は初期設定
と測定値とを比較して異常値を検出した場合には
初期設定を満足するように前記圧力コントロール
