Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度センサで検出した制御対象の温度を広範囲
に制御する温度制御装置において、 制御温度の上限設定値を有し、前記センサの検
出温度が上限設定値よりも所定温度高いときに温
度を下げる制御を行うとともに、前記センサの検
出温度が上限設定値よりも所定温度低いときに前
記温度を下げる制御を停止する第１の制御部と、 制御温度の下限設定値を有し、前記センサの検
出温度が下限設定値よりも所定温度低いときに温
度を上げる制御を行うとともに、前記センサの検
出温度が下限設定値よりも所定温度高いときに前
記温度を上げる制御を停止する第２の制御部とを
備えたことを特徴とする温度制御装置。
