Claims (1)
- 第１流体ラインの流量測定値とこのラインの上
流に設けられたむだ時間を有する成分分析計の測
定値に基づく比率設定値により第２流体ラインの
流量を制御する混合比率制御装置において、上記
第１流体ラインの測定値に基づいてこのラインの
むだ時間を算出するラインむだ時間演算手段と、
この演算出力に基づいて上記成分計測定値のむだ
時間を修正する進み遅れ演算手段とを具備した混
合比率制御装置。
