斜視図である。 １は固定側型、２は移動側型、３，４，４′は
スチームチヤンバ、６は型窩、７，８は壁部、９
は原料充填器、１０は棒状仕切部材、１１，１３
，１３′は仕切板である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 予備発泡粒子が充填される型窩およびこの型窩
    を取り囲むように形成されたスチームチヤンバを
    有している発泡成形用金型において、 上記型窩内とスチームチヤンバ内とを仕切る壁
    部の少なくとも一部が、複数個の棒状仕切部材を
    互いに並行に配してなる仕切板にて形成されてお
    り、且つ、各々の棒状仕切部材における前記型窩
    内に面している型窩形成端面同士の間には前記予
    備発泡粒子の径よりも狭い間隙が形成される一方
    、隣合う棒状仕切部材同士の間隔は一定若しくは
    、前記型窩内側から遠ざかるにしたがつて広くな
    るように形成されていることを特徴とする発泡成
    形用金型。
