図は本案と従来のものとの施削作業時の逃げ面の
摩耗量を比較した実験結果を示す図、第６図はチ
ツプ交換時の作業を示す図である。第７図は本考
案の第２実施例を示す第１図対応図である。第８
図〜第１０図は従来例を示し、第８図はチツプの
掬い面に切削液を噴付けるタイプの縦断面図、第
９図はチツプの裏面に切削液を流通させるタイプ
の一部破断平面図、第１０図はその縦断面図であ
る。 １……バイト、２……ホルダ、３……チツプ、
３ａ……掬い面、３ｂ……逃げ面、３ｃ……刃先

Claims (1)
- バイトのホルダ先端に取付けられたチツプの表
面に切削液を噴出して該チツプを冷却するように
した施削用バイトの冷却構造であつて、上記チツ
プの刃先部を除いた掬い面および逃げ面へ切削液
を案内するように上記チツプを覆うカバーが設け
られていることを特徴とする施削用バイトの冷却
構造。
