Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 原稿読取部と、読取られた画情報を格納する画
    像記憶部と、送信原稿のページをアドレス管理す
    るページ管理手段と、前記原稿の送信動作を中断
    し、他の原稿を優先的に送信する優先処理手段と
    、原稿送信動作の中断に伴つて受信装置に送信さ
    れる中断メツセージが格納されるメツセージ記憶
    部と、原稿送信動作の中断に伴つて送信装置にお
    いて出力される中断メツセージが格納される記憶
    部とを備え、前記優先処理制御手段にて優先通信
    の指示がだされた場合、現に送信されている原稿
    の送信を中断するとともに、その通信回線を切断
    した後、優先通信の原稿を送信し、かつ、その優
    先通信の終了した時点で、前記通信回線を復帰し
    、前記ページ管理手段にて検出されているページ
    情報に基づいて、前記送信途中である原稿を送信
    するようにしたことを特徴とする画像通信装置。
