The mounting plate 4 has a plurality of legs 4a that penetrate straight from the outer surface to the inner surface of the base plate 2 and protrude, and the leg portions 4a that protrude from the inner surface are welded 4b.
It is fixed to the base plate 2 by. Similarly, the stop plate 5 has a plurality of legs 5a that penetrate straight from the outer surface to the inner surface of the base plate 2 and protrude, and these leg parts 5a are fixed to the base plate 2 by welding 5b. .

At the same time as fitting the brake pad head 10
This is accomplished by fitting the retaining plates 5 of the base plate 2 into the retaining holes 13 on both inner surfaces of the base plate 2, and inserting the stopper pins 12 into the mounting plate 4. The brake shoe head 10 is connected by a pin 14 to a push rod 15 and a brake shoe suspension (not shown). Further, the push rod 15 is directly or indirectly connected to a brake cylinder (not shown).

However, the adhesive deteriorates due to brake heat caused by sliding between the resin base material 3 and the wheel tread, and the railway vehicle The resin base material 3 separates from the base plate 2 due to vertical and horizontal vibrations.

This is because it was bent into an inclined shape.

Since it has the function of hooking the resin base material against the adhesive, the resin base material does not peel off from the base plate due to deterioration of the adhesive due to brake heat or vehicle vibration, that is, the above technical problem has been solved.

In this case, the resin base material 3 in the direction parallel to the inner surface of the base plate 2
Although it is effective against peeling of the resin base material 3 in the direction perpendicular to the inner surface of the base plate 2, it cannot be used as a countermeasure against the peeling of the resin base material 3 in the direction perpendicular to the inner surface of the base plate 2.
The longer the protruding length is, the shorter the usage limit due to wear of the resin base material 3 becomes.

If this method is used, other protrusions such as arch-shaped protrusions are separately manufactured and welded, which increases the manufacturing process, and the increase in the number of welded parts causes a decrease in the strength of the base plate 2 and an error in the curvature of the base plate 2.

There will be no confusion.

This is because the welds 4b and 5b were performed after the welding was performed after bending the welding member at an angle of approximately 45 degrees to the outside in the width direction, and other than that, the explanation thereof will be omitted as it is the same as the conventional method.

As shown by the dashed lines in FIGS. 8 and 9, the plurality of legs 4a, 5a may be bent inward in the width direction of the base plate 2 so as to face each other, and by this bending, the legs If the parts 4a and 5a can be firmly fixed to the base plate 2, welding may not be necessary.
