Description

Brake disc {Brake disk}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a brake disk, and more particularly, to a brake disk provided on a wheel side of a vehicle to perform a braking function.

Generally, a brake disk is provided on a wheel side of a vehicle to perform a braking function when driving and parking. That is, when the brake disk is coupled to the wheel of the vehicle and rotates like a wheel, and when braking is required, a brake pad is rubbed against the brake disk through the operation of a brake pedal to generate a braking force, When the vehicle is parked, the lining is rubbed on the brake disc by the switching operation of the parking brake, and the braking force is generated to stop the wheel.

In recent years, application of different types of brake discs has been increasing in which the materials of the braking portion frictioned with the pad and the lining are different from the material of the hat portion coupled to the wheels of the other vehicle. This makes the non-rubbing part of the vehicle relatively lightweight, making the brake disc lightweight, thereby protecting the performance of the vehicle and making fuel economy efficient.

Korean Patent No. 10-1499125 discloses a technology relating to the above-described different types of brake discs.

However, in the above conventional brake disk, a portion of the running brake, in which the pad is rubbed, and a portion of the parking brake in which the lining is rubbed are formed separately and assembled to manufacture a brake disk. Therefore, there is a disadvantage in that the machining efficiency is lowered and a large number of defective products are generated due to defects in assembly.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a brake disk in which a traveling brake and a parking brake are integrally formed to enhance machining efficiency and are made of different materials to be light in weight. .

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a brake disk including a plurality of protrusions protruding along an outer circumference and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, A head portion including a member; A parking member which abuts against the inner surface of the hatch portion and frictionally engages with the lining during parking to generate braking force, and a braking member which is formed in the shape of a ring-shaped band along the outer circumference of the parking member, And a braking portion which is formed between the parking member and the ring member and includes a connecting member for connecting the parking member and the ring member.

The hood and the braking unit may be made of different materials.

The hat part may be made of an aluminum alloy material.

Further, the braking portion may be made of a gray iron material.

It is preferable that the parking member, the ring member, and the connecting member are integrally formed in the braking portion.

The parking unit may further include a protrusion formed on one side of an outer surface of the parking member, the protrusion protruding from the outer surface of the parking unit, wherein the hatch includes a groove corresponding to the protrusion on an inner surface contacting the parking member, The protrusion can be inserted.

The connecting member may be formed to protrude along the outer circumference of the parking member and may be provided at a position facing the plurality of protruding members.

Preferably, the protruding member is formed such that the width of the protruding member is wider than the width of the connecting member, and the protruding member surrounds the connecting member.

According to the brake disk of the present invention, since the parking member and the ring member are integrally formed, and the head portion and the brake portion are jointed by using the casting process, no separate assembling process is required and the machining efficiency is high.

In addition, since the horn part is made of aluminum alloy material and the brake part is made of gray iron material, the horn part and the brake part are made of different materials, so that the brake disk is lightened, thereby protecting the performance of the vehicle and saving fuel consumption.

The connecting member of the braking portion is configured so as to enclose the projecting portion of the hatching portion and the insertion portion of the braking portion is inserted into the groove of the hatching portion so that the coupling between the hatching portion and the braking portion is high.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Prior to this, terms and words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed as limited to ordinary or dictionary terms, and the inventor should appropriately interpret the concepts of the terms appropriately The present invention should be construed in accordance with the meaning and concept consistent with the technical idea of the present invention.

Therefore, the embodiments described in the present specification and the configurations shown in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the technical ideas of the present invention are described. Therefore, at the time of the present application, It should be understood that variations can be made.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a brake disc 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a head portion 100 and a braking portion 200.

The hem 100 is curved and convex at its center. A through hole 110 may be formed at the center of the hatch 100 and may be coupled with the inside of the wheel through the through hole 110. The hatch 100 includes a plurality of protruding members 120. Further, the hammock 100 may be further formed with a groove 130.

The protruding member 120 is formed protruding along the outer circumference of the hatch 100. The plurality of protruding members 120 may be spaced apart from each other at regular intervals.

The grooves 130 are formed at a predetermined depth on the inner surface of the hood 100. The groove 130 is formed along the inner circumference of the hatch 100 so that the insertion member 211 of the braking unit 200 to be described later can be coupled to the groove 130 have. That is, the groove 130 is formed on one side of the groove 130, which is coupled to the braking unit 200, along a periphery of the groove 130, and the insertion member 211 is coupled to the groove 130 .

Meanwhile, the hood 100 is preferably made of an aluminum alloy material. The hood 100 is a part for assembling with a vehicle and can be made of a light material such as an aluminum alloy because it does not directly rub against other parts for braking. Therefore, by making the head part 100 of an aluminum alloy material, the brake disk 10 can be made lightweight, the performance of the vehicle can be protected, and the fuel consumption can be saved. Here, the hood 100 is preferably made of an aluminum alloy, but not limited thereto, and may be manufactured by applying other light metals such as magnesium, beryllium, and titanium.

The braking unit 200 rubs against a pad and a lining to generate a braking force on the vehicle. To this end, the braking unit 200 includes a parking member 210, a ring member 220, and a connecting member 230.

The parking member 210 is in contact with the inner surface of the hood 100 and engages with the outer surface and the lining during parking to generate a braking force. Here, the lining can be rubbed against the parking member 210 through the switching operation of the parking brake. The parking member 210 may further include an insertion member 211.

The insertion member 211 is formed to protrude from one side (the upper side in FIG. 3) of one side of the outer surface contacting the hat part 100, and is formed to correspond to the groove 130. Therefore, the insertion member 211 is inserted into the groove 130. By inserting the insertion member 211 into the groove 130, it is possible to increase mutual binding force between the head part 100 and the parking member 210 during cast molding.

The ring member 220 is formed in the shape of a ring-shaped band along the outer circumference of the parking member 210. The ring member 220 rubs against a brake pad during traveling to generate a braking force. The brake pad can be rubbed with the ring member 220 through operation of a brake pedal of the vehicle.

The connection member 230 is formed between the parking member 210 and the ring member 220 to connect the parking member 210 to the ring member 220. The connection member 230 is formed protruding along the outer circumference of the parking member 210. The connecting member 230 may be disposed inside the plurality of protruding members 120. That is, the connection member 230 is disposed to be surrounded by the plurality of protruding members 120, and a plurality of the connection members 230 may be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval. The connection member 120 may have a width smaller than a width of the protrusion member 120 so that the protrusion member 120 may surround the outer surface of the connection member 120. The connecting member 120 may be positioned inside the protruding member 120 and the connecting member 120 may be coupled to the inside of the protruding member 120 to thereby connect the hatch 100 and the braking unit 120 200 are improved.

On the other hand, the braking portion 200 is preferably made of a gray iron material as a portion directly rubbed for braking. The braking force of the brake disc 10 can be improved and the braking strength can be maintained by configuring the braking unit 200 with a gray iron material. Here, the braking unit 200 is preferably made of gray iron, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the braking unit 200 may be manufactured by applying a carbon composite material such as carbon ceramics. That is, it is preferable that the head unit 100 and the braking unit 200 are made of different materials according to their function, and it is possible to secure both the rigidity required for braking and the light weight for protecting the function of the vehicle .

In addition, the parking unit 210, the ring member 220, and the connecting member 230 may be integrally formed in the braking unit 200. That is, the parking member 210, the ring member 220, and the connecting member 230 are molded and integrally formed using a casting process. Accordingly, since the parking member 210 having a braking function at the time of parking and the ring member 220 having a braking function at the time of parking are integrally formed, a separate assembling process is not necessary, and the machining efficiency can be increased.

In addition, the hatch 100 and the braking unit 200 may be combined using a casting process. That is, the hatch 100 is formed by casting the braking unit 200 manufactured first, so that the braking unit 200 and the hatch 100 can be formed as a single part through casting joint. Accordingly, in joining the head part 100 and the braking part 200 of different materials, a separate joining step is not necessary, and the machining efficiency can be increased.

According to the brake disk 10 of the present invention, since the parking member 210 and the ring member 220 are integrally formed, and the head part 100 and the braking part 200 are jointed using a casting process, No process is needed and the processing efficiency is high.

Since the head part 100 is made of an aluminum alloy material and the braking part 200 is made of a gray iron material so that the head part 100 and the braking part 200 are made of different materials, And the fuel economy can be saved.

The connecting member 230 of the bending portion 200 is configured to surround the protruding member 120 of the hatch 100 and the insertion member 211 of the braking portion 200 is inserted into the groove 130 of the hatch 100. [ So that the coupling between the head 100 and the braking unit 200 is high.

While the present invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Accordingly, the true scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical idea of the appended claims.
