- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発光体と光フアイバ端面とを対向させた光結合
構造において、光フアイバ端面を凹球状の鏡面に
形成すると共に、その凹球半径ｒａと光フアイバ
コア半径ｒｃとが、 ｒｃｒａ≦ｓｉｎ（ｓｉｎ−１（ｎ３ｎ１）−θ
） （但し、ｎ１はコアの屈折率、ｎ３は空間の屈
折率、θはフアイバ内臨界角） の関係を満たすことを特徴とする光結合構造。
