  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本装置は電気、薬品を一切使用せず、特殊ろ過
    装置に永久磁石を、内蔵した物理理論と電気の応
    用から開発された理水磁気式装置である。 本装置は特殊ろ過装置にろ過材として「貝化石
    （又はゼオライト鉱石）」を内蔵しているため、
    水の溶解と水のイオン化を促進させ、電離現象に
    優れたミネラル化した水を造り出す。 この為にろ過された水は「坑菌力、減菌力」を
    発揮すると共に通常水より腐敗しにくく、イオン
    ・ミネラル化が活発になる。 さらに、イオン・ミネラル化した水が、永久磁
    石の形成した強力な磁場を通過する事より、相乗
    効果による理水変化をもたらし水分子の微粒殻化
    が促進され、水道管、ボイラー、配水管内のスケ
    ール（赤サビ）を除去する事が出来るよつて本装
    置は、一般業務用から工鉱業にいたる水道管及び
    、排水管のスケール（赤サビ）を除去する事が出
    来ると共に動植物、魚貝類の育成栽培にも効果を
    発揮するものである。
