- ウエハースを保持する為のウエハース保持治具
と前記ウエハース保持治具からウエハースを脱着
する脱着機構部とを備える気相成長装置において
、前記ウエハース保持治具に治具の温度検出機構
および加熱機構をそれぞれ設けウエハース保持治
具が常時気相成長時の温度を保持するようにコン
トロールすることを特徴とする気相成長装置。
