- 平行な測定光を被測定物に照射する一対の投光
装置、ならびに各投光装置にそれぞれ対向し、被
測定物のエツジ像を検出する結像光学系およびリ
ニアイメージセンサを有する一対の検出装置を備
え、各投光装置および各検出装置が測定光の光路
に対し進退可能であることを特徴とする棒状体の
外径測定装置。
