Claims (1)
- 金属製のカン型ケース内に半導体素子を内装し
たカン型ＩＣパツケージにおいて、前記カン型ケ
ースのフランジ部に導電材料からなる取付ピンを
一体に突出形成し、カン型ＩＣパツケージを実装
するプリント基板に前記取付ピンを半田付けでき
るように構成したことを特徴とするカン型ＩＣパ
ツケージ。
