つて自己加熱する第１感熱素子と、 上記第１感熱素子が定温度になるように上記第
１感熱素子に通電する電流を制御する第１定温度
自己加熱回路と、 極低湿下で密閉されており、外部からの電流に
よつて自己加熱する第２感熱素子と、 上記第２感熱素子が定温度になるように上記第
２感熱素子に通電する電流を制御する第２定温度
自己加熱回路と、 上記第１定温度自己加熱回路の出力と上記第２
定温度自己加熱回路の出力との差を検出する差検
出手段を備えたことを特徴とする湿度検出回路。
