Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 少なくとも１個の可動側磁極部を有してフレー
    ムに変位可能に支持された可動子と、 前記可動子が変位する際に前記可動側磁極部の
    磁極面と略一定の間隙を介して対向する磁極面を
    有する少なくとも１個の固定側磁極部及び前記固
    定側磁極部と前記可動側磁極部との間に吸引力を
    生じさせる磁束を発生する励磁コイルを有して前
    記フレームに固定された固定子と、 前記可動子を前記固定子から離反する向きに付
    勢する復帰バネとを具備してなる電子ガバナ用ア
    クチユエータにおいて、 前記可動側磁極部の基部及び前記固定側磁極部
    の基部の少なくとも一方に、前記可動子が所定の
    位置以上に変位したときに前記可動側磁極部の磁
    極面と前記固定側磁極部の磁極面との間に形成さ
    れる間隙内に間隙寸法が小さい間隙部分を形成す
    る間隙変更部を設けたことを特徴とする電子ガバ
    ナ用アクチユエータ。
