静磁波遅延線の入力トランスジユーサと出力トラ
ンスジユーサにその出力端子および入力端子がそ
れぞれ接続する増幅器と、前記入力トランスジユ
ーサと前記出力トランスジユーサの間に設けた第
3のトランスジユーサとを備え、第3のトランス
ジユーサにより静磁波を電気信号に変えて発振出
力とするように構成したことを特徴とする静磁波
