Claims (1)
- 前方側に油圧室を形成するとともに後方側に補
給油室を形成してマスタピストンがシリンダ本体
に摺動可能に嵌合され、マスタピストンには補給
油室および油圧室間の連通、遮断を司る弁機構が
設けられ、該弁機構をマスタピストンの後退限で
開弁駆動せしめるべくストツパピンがマスタピス
トンをその一直径線上で貫通して配設されるマス
タシリンダと；マスタシリンダのマスタピストン
を操作部材の作動に応じて倍力作動せしめるため
の油圧ブースタと；を備える油圧式倍力装置にお
いて、油圧ブースタのブースタシリンダはシリン
ダ本体後端に結合され、該ブースタシリンダ内で
後方側に付勢されるとともに制限された範囲での
軸方向移動が可能なブースタピストンの背面に臨
んで形成された出力油圧室と、油圧供給源に通じ
る入力油圧室との間に、操作部材に連なつてブー
スタピストンに摺動自在に嵌合された弁ピストン
のブースタピストンに対する前進作動に応じて開
弁する入口弁が介設され、前記出力油圧室と油槽
に通じる出口室との間に、前記弁ピストンのブー
スタピストンに対する前進作動に応じて閉弁する
出口弁が介設され、前記シリンダ本体の後部には
マスタピストンの後部を摺動可能に嵌合するとと
もにその後退限を規制すべくブースタシリンダ内
に延びる筒体が固定され、マスタピストンの後端
に臨んで筒体内にはブースト室が形成され、先端
を該ブースト室に油密的に突入させる弁ピストン
には、前記入口弁の開弁に応じて入力油圧室およ
びブースト室を連通する給油路が穿設され、スト
ツパピンは、マスタピストンの移動量に応じてマ
スタピストンに穿設された長孔を貫通して筒体に
固定されることを特徴とする油圧式倍力装置。
