車装置を用いた操舵システムの全体構成図、第４
図はそのラツクアンドピニオン歯車装置の正面断
面図、第５図は従来の別のラツクアンドピニオン
歯車装置を示すその正面断面図である。 ２１……ピニオン、２２……ハウジング（支持
体）、２３……ラツク、２３ａ……円曲背面（背
面）、２４……転がり支持部（支持部材および摺
接部材）、２５……支持部材、２６……ローラ軸
、２７……ローラ、２８……弾性部材。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支持体に回転自在に支持されたピニオンと、該
    ピニオンと噛合し、ピニオンの回転によつて軸方
    向に移動するとともに、噛合圧力が高まると噛合
    深さが浅くなる方向に変位可能なラツクと、該ラ
    ツクに転がり接触してラツクを支持できるよう支
    持体に支持された転がり支持部と、を備えたラツ
    クアンドピニオン歯車装置において、前記転がり
    支持部が、支持体に支持された支持部材と、ラツ
    クに略直交するよう支持部材に支持されたローラ
    軸と、ローラ軸に回転自在かつ軸方向に移動可能
    に支持され、前記ラツクの変位によつて軸方向に
    移動するようラツクを挟んで配置された少なくと
    も一対のローラと、該ローラがラツクの背面側に
    転がり接触するようローラに付勢力を与える弾性
    部材と、ローラの所定量移動後にラツク背面に摺
    接してこれを支持する摺接部材と、を有すること
    を特徴とするラツクアンドピニオン歯車装置。
