    室の一端部に連通された吸引孔、 一端がフイルタ収納室の他端部に連通され、
    他端が装置本体の外面に開口した流入孔、および 一端がフイルタ収納室の他端部に連通され、
    他端がシリンダ室の一端部に連通された導通孔 をそれぞれ形成し、 前記フイルタ収納室にフイルタを装入し、前記
    シリンダ室の他端部に弾性部材によつてシリンダ
    室の一端側から他端側へ向かつて付勢されたピス
    トンを摺動自在に設け、さらにこのピストンが弾
    性部材の付勢力に抗して所手位置に移動したこと
    を検知する検知手段を前記装置本体に付設してな
    ることを特徴とする真空発生装置。
