Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ内のピストンの直線運動を、摺動溝と
    該摺動溝に係合する摺動ピンを備えた駆動部によ
    り回転運動に変換し、回動アームを回動させて回
    転弁の開閉操作を行うシリンダ式バルブアクチユ
    エータにおいて、前記摺動溝の端部に、前記回転
    弁が全閉状態となつた時に前記摺動ピンと係合す
    るとともに、前記ピストンの移動方向と平行とな
    る案内溝を連設したことを特徴とするシリンダ式
    バルブアクチユエータ。
