Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 収納室を形成した本体と、この本体の収納
室内に多段に設けたトレイ受棚と、要加熱食物容
器を載置する板面部分を熱良導体材の有孔板によ
り形成したトレイと、上記受棚に支承されたトレ
イの有孔板部分に対応する下部位置に設けた遠赤
外線ヒーター、とを備えてなる配膳車。 (2) 遠赤外線ヒーターに対面しない位置の食器
を冷却する冷気を供給すめためのドライアイス収
容室を配膳車上部位置に設け、そこより発生する
冷気を各トレイ部分に導くためのダクトを開閉扉
裏面に形成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の配膳車。
