- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パツケージの一側面にリードを設け、この
リードの曲げ方向を交互にし、該リードの実装面
に対する接続部分を実質的に同一の位置（面）に
し、上記リードが設けられているパツケージの一
側面に凸凹を設けたことを特徴とする半導体パツ
ケージ。 (2) 上記リードを実質的にＪ形、Ｌ形に曲げた
ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の半
導体パツケージ。
