- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 封止樹脂によつて封止される回路基板に於
いて、被装着部品の基板に面する側に封止樹脂の
流入部を形成したことを特徴とする回路基板の剥
離防止構造。 (2) 前記被装着部品は電子部品若しくは回路橋
絡部品で構成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の回路基板の剥離防止構
造。 (3) 前記被装着部品は、回路基板上に加締めら
れた鋲で構成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の回路基板の剥離防止構
造。
