Claims (1)
- アーク溶接用ロボツトに支持されているトーチ
が所定のスパツタ除去位置に位置決めされたこと
を検出するセンサと、このセンサの出力に基づい
て開閉動作してトーチ先端のノズルをクランプす
るクランパーと、クランプされたノズルと同一軸
線上に配設され、ノズル内を回転運動しながらそ
の軸方向に移動する筒状のカツタピンと、このカ
ツタピンを回転させるとともに、この回転運動を
カツタピンの自進運動に変換して該カツタピンに
前記軸方向の送りを与える駆動手段とから構成さ
れていることを特徴とするアーク溶接用トーチの
スパツタ除去装置。
