Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 一般に繁用の簡易救急バンデージは、殺菌消毒
剤、創傷治療剤を含浸させたガーゼを通気孔を有
する粘着性のートに装着し、使用時に裏面の剥離
紙をはがして前記ガーゼ部を傷口局所に当てて使
用するようにしたものである。
しかしながら、これらの従来品においては、予
めガーゼに薬液を含浸させておくため、経時的に
薬液が蒸散し、また効力の失活をきたすばかりで
なく、局所への当接に際してはガーゼ部が乾燥状
態となつているため、傷口をいためるおそれがあ
り、使用に際しても、傷みを感じさせる等の欠点
があつた。
本発明は、パツドを装着した粘着性シート、該
粘着性シートの粘着面を覆う剥離シート及び薬液
を内包する薬液カプセルとからなる救急バンデー
ジにおいて、剥離シートには、パツド上に位置し
パツドに向かつて開口したブリスター部が設けら
れており、該ブリスター部に前記薬液カプセルが
内包されていることを特徴とする救急バンデージ
であり、従来品の前記欠点を解決したものであ
る。以下図面とともに説明する。
１はパツド２を装着した粘着性シートであり、
パツド上部には薬液４を封入した薬液カプセル３
が剥離シート５に設けられたブリスター６で外包
されている。剥離シート５の端部にはスリツト７
が刻設してある。
本願に使用する薬液カプセルの基材としてはゼ
ラチンが有用で、ゼラチン薬液カプセルに封入す
る薬液については、殺菌消毒剤としてグルコン酸
クロルヘキシジン、塩化ベンザルコニウム、クロ
ルキシレノール、アクリノール、チアントール、
塩化デカリニウム、スルフイソミジン、スルフア
ミン、ニトロフラゾン、ホウ酸、ホモスルフアミ
ン、トリクロカルバン等があり、創傷部収斂治癒
促進剤として酸化亜鉛、酸化ピリドキシン、酢酸
トコフエロール、ジパルミチン酸ピリドキシン
等、止血剤として塩酸ナフアゾリン、硫酸亜鉛、
塩酸エフエドリン等、抗炎症剤としてはプレドニ
ゾロン、デキサメサゾン、酢酸コルチゾン等のス
テロイド剤、グリチルレチン、塩化リゾチーム
等、抗ヒスタミン剤としてマレイン酸クロルフエ
ニラミン、塩酸ジフエンヒドラミン等がある。
又、局麻剤としてはリドカイン、アミノ安息香
酸エチル、塩酸プロカイン、塩酸ジブカイン、塩
酸テトラカイン、塩酸パラブチルアミノ安息香酸
ジエチルアミノエチル等がある。
これらの薬剤は目的に合わせ、単味で又は複数
の配合液として薬液カプセル中に封入することが
できる。ゼラチンカプセルに封入するには、通常
ゴマ油、落花生油、オリーブ油等の植物油に溶解
し、又はこれらに懸濁させて用いる。
薬液の性状は溶液状の他、軟膏状、グリース状
等の流動性のあるものであれば如何なる性状でも
よい。
パツド部は、脱脂綿その他各種の綿、不織布等
を使用することができる。
剥離シートは、硬質のビニール樹脂その他の合
成樹脂等の材質により成型され、剥離シートをめ
くり易くするためにスリツトを設けるのがよい。
本発明バンデージを使用するに際しては、ブリ
スター６の部分を指で押圧し、薬液カプセル３を
破壊することによりカプセル中に封入された薬液
が滲出してパツド上に流動する。次いで、スリツ
ト部７を折り曲げ剥離シート５を粘着性シートよ
りはがすことにより、使用時、常に新鮮な薬液の
滲出したバンデージパツドの部分を創傷面に当接
使用することができるので、薬剤の効力を損ねる
ことなく、又、傷口をいためることなく使用する
ことができる。さらに、薬剤の効力を長期間保持
できるので、殺菌、消毒、治療の所望の目的達成
に有効である。
尚、薬液カプセル３はバンデージパツド部の大
きさに合せ複数個のカプセルを使用することによ
り、大小各様の形状のバンデージに利用すること
ができる。
薬液カプセル被膜はカプセル押圧破壊時、ブリ
スター部の内壁表面が不規則な凹凸状を形成する
ので、この部分によく接着してパツド上に残るこ
とはない。仮に残つたとしても、カプセル基材ガ
ゼラチンであるかぎり何らの障害ともならない。
又、第４図及び第５図は、本願発明の他の実施例
におけるブリスター部の成型状態を示すもので、
ブリスター部を優弧状若しくは変形優弧状に形成
したものである。これによりカプセル押圧破壊
時、カプセル被膜基材がバンデージパツド上に落
下することを防止することができる。尚、第５図
の如きブリスターを変形優弧状とした場合、ブリ
スター開口部８は、第４図のようにカプセルの径
より小さくする必要はない。

は、他の実施例におけるブリスターの縦断面図で

……ブリスター、７……スリツト。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ パツドを装着した粘着性シート、該粘着性シ
    ートの粘着面を覆う剥離シート及び薬液を内包す
    る薬液カプセルとからなる救急バンデージにおい
    て、剥離シートには、パツド上に位置しパツドに
    向かつて開口したブリスター部が設けられてお
    り、該ブリスター部に前記薬液カプセルが内包さ
    れていることを特徴とする救急バンデージ。
