The present invention relates to a dentifrice composition containing sodium chloride, and more particularly to a dentifrice composition containing a relatively high concentration of sodium chloride and having good foaming properties. Toothpaste containing sodium chloride as a medicinal agent is effective in preventing alveolar pyorrhea, and recently there has been a trend to increase the amount of sodium chloride blended in order to further enhance the effect. However, when the amount of sodium chloride is increased, the foaming properties of the toothpaste decrease, resulting in problems such as a decrease in the cleaning effect and feel of the toothpaste. On the other hand, conventionally, sodium chloride-containing toothpastes mainly contain sodium alkyl sulfates as foaming agents, such as sodium lauryl sulfate. It is conceivable to increase the blending amount. However, it is not desirable to use too much sodium alkyl sulfate due to its irritation to the oral mucosa, and it is difficult to obtain a toothpaste that contains a high concentration of sodium chloride and does not cause irritation to the oral mucosa. Have difficulty. While conducting various studies on the foaming properties of toothpaste containing sodium chloride, the present inventors found that by using sodium alkyl sulfate and a specific nonionic surfactant in combination, the foaming properties of toothpaste containing sodium chloride It was discovered that a toothpaste with good foaming properties can be obtained without increasing the amount of sodium blended, and the present invention was completed. That is, the present invention uses sodium chloride at 10 to 30
% (wt%, the same applies hereinafter),
As blowing agents, sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium myristyl sulfate, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil derivative (average number of added moles of ethylene oxide 60), polyoxyethylene stearyl alcohol ether (average number of added moles of ethylene oxide 40) polyoxyethylene Provided is a sodium chloride-containing dentifrice composition containing one or more nonionic surfactants selected from the group consisting of sucrose lauryl ester (average number of added moles of ethylene oxide: 10 to 25). . The dentifrice composition of the present invention exhibits excellent foaming properties even when containing a high concentration of sodium chloride, is pleasant to use, and is extremely useful for the prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases such as alveolar pyorrhea. The following Tables 1 to 3 show the results of investigating the relationship between foaming agents and foaming properties, toothpaste properties, and overall evaluation of toothpastes in sodium chloride-containing toothpastes. Foaming properties were determined by preparing toothpastes with various concentrations of sodium chloride and the type and concentration of foaming agents, according to the formulations in Example 1 (described later) for Tables 1 and 2, and Example 2 (for Table 3). , 1/3 of this with water
The foam height (cm) was measured after 1 minute using the Rossmirez method to determine the foaming amount. In addition, the foamability was evaluated visually according to the following criteria. ◎: Very good foaming, 〇: Good foaming, △:
Little foaming, ×: Almost no foaming Properties of the prepared toothpaste were visually observed after being left at 40°C for 3 months, and evaluated according to the following criteria. ○: Good, △: Gelation observed, ×: Separation observed. Comprehensive evaluation as a toothpaste was given in consideration of foaming properties and properties using the following criteria. 〇: Good, △: No problem as toothpaste, ×: Poor

水 残部[Table] As is clear from Tables 1 to 3, by using sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium myristyl sulfate and the above-mentioned specific nonionic surfactant, it is possible to reduce the amount of 10 to 30% without increasing the amount of these. A toothpaste with good foaming properties containing a high concentration of sodium chloride is obtained. Thus, in the dentifrice composition of the present invention, 10
~30%, preferably 15-30% sodium chloride, 1-2.5%, preferably 1.5-2% sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium myristyl sulfate and when the sodium chloride concentration is less than 10-15%, 0.2- 2%, 15-20%, 0.5-2%, 20
% to 30%, 1 to 2% of the nonionic surfactant is added. The nonionic surfactant can be used alone or in a mixture of two or more in an appropriate ratio, and as a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil derivative (average number of added moles of ethylene oxide 60),
Examples include commercially available Nikkor HCO-60 (manufactured by Nippon Chemical Co., Ltd.) and Emalex HC-60 (manufactured by Nippon Emulsion Co., Ltd.). Examples of polyoxyethylene stearyl alcohol ether (average number of added moles of ethylene oxide: 40) include polyoxyethylene sucrose lauryl ester (average number of added moles of ethylene oxide: 10), such as commercially available Emalex 640 (manufactured by Nippon Emulsion Co., Ltd.). ~twenty five)
Examples include TOHOESTER-HL-15M (manufactured by Toho Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.). Particularly, from the viewpoint of flavor, it is preferable to use a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil derivative as the nonionic surfactant. The dentifrice composition of the present invention can be manufactured according to a conventional method,
It can be in the usual dosage forms such as toothpaste, toothpaste, toothpaste ointment, and water toothpaste. Other ingredients may be those commonly used, such as abrasives, dicalcium phosphate (dihydrate, anhydride), calcium carbonate, silicates, insoluble sodium metaphosphate, aluminum hydroxide, etc., and binders. As a wetting agent, glycerin, sorbitol, propylene glycol, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, polyethylene glycol, etc. are used as a wetting agent. Furthermore, the dentifrice composition of the present invention may contain other medicinal agents in addition to sodium chloride, such as water-soluble fluorides such as sodium monofluorophosphate, aluminum allantoinate, Examples include glycyrrhetinate, chlorhexidine, hinokitiol, dextranase, lysozyme, tranexamic acid, and ε-aminocaproic acid. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. Example 1 A toothpaste was prepared according to a conventional method using the following formulation. Ingredients % Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate 40.00 Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.50 Carrageenan 0.50 Glycerin 10.00 Sorbitol 10.00 Sodium chloride 15.00 Sodium lauryl sulfate 1.50 Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil derivative (average number of added moles of ethylene oxide 60) 0.50 Flavor 1.00 Satucarin sodium 0.20 Bactericide and preservative 0.10 Water Remainder Example 2 A toothpaste was prepared according to the following recipe according to a conventional method.
