Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a whole construction light-weighing by reducing the weight of an outer wall, improve the earthquake resistance, and prevent warping, cracking and peeling of outer wall panels by thermal expansion by installing the outer wall panels at a base framework formed of light-weight angle bars. CONSTITUTION:A base framework 4 is assembled to be grids of vertical frame members 2 and lateral frame members 3 between an upper and a lower slab 1, 1 of a construction, a rust-preventing thin plate of iron 5 is applied on the outer side of the base framework 4, and a plurality of installation holes 6 are formed in the vertical frame members 2 and the lateral frame members 3. A plurality of outer wall panels 8 are applied on the outer side of the base framework 4, and anchor bolts are provided to protrude on the inner side at the upper and lower edge parts of the outer wall panels 8, and the anchor bolts 9 are put through the installation holes 6. Fixing nuts are then engaged at male screw parts of the through parts to install the outer wall panels 8.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, with this configuration, depending on the exterior wall panel that is adhered to the outdoor side of the PC half-wall, if the coefficient of thermal expansion between the PC board and the exterior wall panel is significantly different, the PC board and the exterior wall panel may differ significantly. Exterior wall panels may expand when exposed to solar heat, causing the entire panel to warp, crack, or peel off.

In addition, in many cases, sealing material is filled in the gaps between panels to prevent rainwater from entering, but if the sealing material is inappropriate or poorly installed, seal H may cause damage. There was also the risk that the surface of the exterior wall panels would get dirty.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention relates to a structure in which external wall panels, which are extremely heavy, such as stone, glass, or large tiles, are installed. A lattice-shaped base frame 4 is assembled from the member 2 and the horizontal frame member 3, a rust-proof thin iron plate 5 is attached to the outdoor side of the base frame 4, and a plurality of pieces are attached to the vertical frame keys 2 and the horizontal frame member 3. A mounting hole 6 is formed, and a plurality of external wall panels 8 are attached to the outdoor side of the base frame 4,
Anchor bolts 9 protruding toward the indoor side are provided on the upper and lower edges of the outer wall panel 8, and the anchor bolts 9 are inserted through the mounting holes 6, and a fixing nand is screwed into the male threaded portion of the penetrating portion. The above objective is achieved by attaching the outer wall panel 8.

The exterior wall panels are not attached to PC boards, but are attached to the base framework assembled from lightweight angle steel, making it possible to reduce the weight of the walls and, by extension, the weight of the entire building, improving earthquake resistance.

In addition, a rust-proof thin iron plate is applied to the entire base frame, and since this rust-proof thin iron plate has the function of preventing rainwater from entering, a sealant is deliberately placed between the outer wall panels. There is no need to fill the sealant with sealant, and therefore the surface of the exterior wall panel will not be contaminated by the sealant.

又、シール工事を省略することができる。Moreover, sealing work can be omitted.

Furthermore, since the anchor bolts of the exterior wall panel are attached not to the back side of the exterior wall panel but to the upper and lower edges that can be easily reached, attachment of the anchor bolts can be easily performed.
