Problems to be Solved by the Invention In order to avoid using the above-mentioned amorphous sealing material that is difficult to install, a seal made of synthetic rubber or the like may be used. However, if you simply pack gaskets between panels, there will be external pressure caused by wind pressure and rainwater infiltration due to capillary phenomenon, and the gaskets will deteriorate due to exposure to wind, rain, and sunlight, making it impossible to maintain watertightness. There is a problem.

Function Since the present invention uses a seal as described above, it can be made watertight simply by fitting the seal between the seal support parts of the frame. In addition, it has a double packing structure in which the packing is fitted between the packing support parts formed on the indoor side and the intermediate part between the frames of adjacent exterior panels, and the packing is fitted between the packing support parts formed on the indoor side and the intermediate part between the frames of adjacent exterior panels. The space is kept watertight, and a gutter groove is formed between the primary packing support part and the secondary packing support part, so even if rainwater enters from the primary packing, there is a very low possibility that it will infiltrate from the secondary packing. few. In addition, the primary packing is located on the inside with a distance from the top plate, and a groove is formed between the top plate support and the primary packing support.
There is little rainwater that blows directly onto the primary packing, and since rainwater that has entered between the surface plates is easily drained using the grooves, there is little rainwater intrusion from the primary packing due to wind pressure or capillary action. These eliminate the possibility of water leaking into the room. Furthermore, since there is a surface plate support part on the outermost side of the frame, and there is a gap between the surface plate and the primary packing, at least the time that strong sunlight hits the packing directly is reduced, and the packing is less likely to deteriorate. Also, watertight construction is easy as all you have to do is attach the gasket.

The frame body 2 has a surface plate support part 7 which is a flat surface perpendicular to the main wall 6 at the outdoor end of the main wall 6 which is substantially straight, and a primary packing at the tip which protrudes outward from the main wall 6 at the middle part thereof. Auxiliary wall 9 having support portion 8 and main wall 6
It has a cross-sectional shape having a back plate support part 10 having a flat surface perpendicular to the indoor end thereof, and a secondary packing support part 11 formed at the end thereof. This frame body 2 further includes a secondary packing support portion 11.
A protrusion 12 protruding from the main wall 6 toward the main wall 6
It has a protrusion 13 protruding from the protrusion 12 toward the protrusion 12, and this is for forming a nut accommodating part for attaching this panel 4, which will be described later. Further, a groove 14 is formed adjacent to the primary packing support portion 8, but this groove 14 is formed adjacent to the presser plate 3, which will be described later.
This is the mounting part for attaching 3. A hole is made in the surface plate support part 7 of the frame 2 having this shape, and the stud bolt 15 attached to the surface plate 3 is passed through the hole and tightened with a nut to fix the surface plate 3 to the frame 2. Further, the surface plate and the surface plate supporting portion are further bonded with an adhesive to prevent water from leaking into the urethane foam 5 between the two. On the other hand, the back plate 4 does not need to be directly fixed to the frame because external forces such as wind pressure do not act on it, and in this embodiment, it is formed by the frame 2, the front plate 3, and the back plate 4 after the panel is assembled. The back plate 4 is bonded to the urethane foam 5 by filling the space with a foaming liquid of urethane foam and curing the foam. At this time, it is desirable to fold the tip over the secondary packing support portion 11. Further, it is desirable to apply a butyl rubber sheet 17 to a position of the back plate 4 corresponding to a bracket 16, which will be described later, in order to improve watertightness. In order to attach the packaging panel 1 of this embodiment to a bracket 16, a hole 18 penetrating the butyl rubber sheet 17, the back plate 4, and the back plate support portion 10 is provided in the upper and lower frames 2, 2.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the panel 1 is
It is attached to the bracket 16 with bolts 20 and nuts 21. As shown in FIG. 1, the four panels are attached to one bracket so that their corners are fixed. This bracket 16 is fixed to a fastener 19 that attaches two equilateral angle irons of appropriate length to the structure facing each other. The bracket 16 is made of steel, and as shown in FIG. 5, it has a clamped part 22 which is sandwiched between the fasteners 19 and a mounting part 2 which is formed in a planar shape at right angles thereto.
It consists of 3. Holes 24 through which bolts 20 are passed are formed at the four corners of this mounting portion 23. This hole 24 is a long hole in the horizontal direction in order to accommodate dimensional errors in the panel 1, thermal expansion, etc.
It is not necessary to make all of the holes long holes, but only the two on the right side or the left side may be made long holes. In addition, if the height of the panel is large, it is preferable that the hole 18 in the frame be a horizontally long hole, and the hole 24 for fixing the lower side of the mounting part 23, that is, the upper side of the panel 1, be a vertically long hole. . In this case, the upper hole 2 of the mounting part 23
4 does not have to be a long hole.

When installing individual panels as above,
The indoor packing 28 is attached vertically and horizontally between the secondary packing support parts 11 provided on the frame bodies 2 of adjacent panels. In this embodiment, it is attached by being pushed between the secondary packing support parts 11 from the indoor side. This indoor packing 28 has a length that extends both vertically and horizontally to the vicinity of both ends of the base 25 of the bracket 16, and is designed not to reach the intersection. Further, a seal 29 is filled between the packing 28 and the bracket 16. On the other hand, the gaskets 30 and 31 installed between the primary gasket support parts 8 and 8
For the length 31, a long one is used, and for the width 30, one that is approximately the length of the panel 1 is used. The intersection is shown in FIG. 7, where the tip of the gasket 30 is notched except for the bottom 30a, and a seal 32 is filled between this notch and the gasket 31. This intersection is reinforced by applying a cross-shaped presser plate 33 from the rear side. This presser plate 3 is inserted into the groove 14 formed adjacent to the primary packing support part 8 of the frame body 2 and fixed therein. The cross-sectional shapes of these gaskets are not limited to those shown in the drawings, but may be any shape as long as they can be held between the respective gasket support parts.

As described above, the watertight structure of the packaging panel according to the present embodiment is constituted by the frame 2 around the panel and the packings 28, 30, and 31. That is, it has a double structure with the packing 28 on the indoor side and the packings 30 and 31 in the middle part. Since panel 1 is installed with spaced joints, the outdoor surface panels 3, 3
Although there is a gap between them, there is little water that blows directly to the side, most of the rain that enters diagonally and there is little that blows directly onto the gaskets 30 and 31, and rainwater that has entered between the front panels 3 and 3 is The groove formed between the surface plate support part 7 and the auxiliary wall 9 is used as a gutter and does not flow directly to the packing part.Furthermore, very little of the rainwater that blows on the wall surface hits the joint area, and most of it flows into the surface plate 3. However, this water flows onto the surface plate and does not flow into the seal, improving watertightness. Moreover, since there is a gasket 28 on the indoor side, there is nothing that can reach further inside. Patsukin 30, 31
However, in order to further improve the watertightness, in this embodiment, the auxiliary wall 9 is opened to the outside air in the space between the back plate support part 10 at the lowest level of the entire wall surface, and the space also serves as a drainage port. It is designed to bring outside air inside. As a result, the pressure in the space created between the auxiliary wall 9 and the back plate support 10 becomes equal to the wind pressure generated by the wind pressure, and rainwater is no longer sucked into the space due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the primary packing. Very few things penetrate into this space. In order to make the pressure in this space more equal to the outside pressure, it is even better to make a hole in the auxiliary wall 9 of the lower frame 2 near the main wall 6.

Rainwater flows diagonally from between the surface plates 4 and 4 to the auxiliary wall 9.
and the surface plate support part 7, but those that enter through the vertical gap are directly inserted into the gasket 31 or the auxiliary wall 9.
Objects that fall along the surface and enter laterally are exposed to the surface plate 7.
Since it flows through the gutter formed by the and auxiliary wall 9 and falls from both ends, it does not penetrate into the interior.

As described above, according to the present invention, in order to make the space between the exterior panels watertight, a packing support part is provided at the middle part of the frame and on the indoor side, and the packing is simply fitted there, so the construction is extremely simple. be. In this case, the primary packing is long in either the vertical or horizontal direction, and since the vertical and horizontal intersections come off from the frame, there is no packing support part, but a presser plate is provided at that part, so the installation work is done. becomes easier.
Moreover, the ends of short items meet at the intersection, making the joint less noticeable. Additionally, since long pieces are used, there are fewer seams, which further reduces the infiltration of rainwater.
