関する。

に取付けたフツクの抜け止めには効果があるが、
係止部をフツクに差し込む際に位置合わせが困難
であること、車体の振動で係止部とフツクとの摩
擦金属音が生じること、車の衝突等によつて係合
部がフツクから外れてシートクツシヨンが跳ね上
がるおそれがあること等の問題があつた。

付位置が多少ずれていても、シートクツシヨンを
車体フロアにガタが生じることなく確実に取付け
ることができ、ストツパ部および縦壁部があるた
め、取付けの位置合わせが容易である。また、ブ
ロツク部材が合成樹脂材でつくられているから金
属摩擦音が生じない。さらに、衝突事故等のとき
にもストツパ部によつて係合突起が確実に係止さ
れるから、シートクツシヨンが跳ね上がるような
ことはない。加えて、シートクツシヨンの取り外
しもできる等の効果がある。
