産業上の利用分野
本考案は、自動車のフロアカーペツトの端縁を
車体側に取り付ける構造の改良に関するものであ

圧する構造とか、第２図に示されるように、フロ
アカーペツトＡの端縁に固着されているカーペツ
トフツクＢをフロアサイドシルＣのフランジＤに
掛け止め、上方からカバープレートＥで挟圧する
構造か、あるいは実開昭57−203881号公報に示さ
れるように、カーペツトフツクとカバープレート
とに係合部を設け両者を係合させてフロアカーペ
ツトの端縁の取付強度を大とした構造とか、ある
いは特開昭58−161627号公報の第５図、第６図に
示されるごとく、別個の係止突起を設けてカーペ

考案が解決しようとする課題
前述のフロアサイドシルに、フロアカーペツト

錆する恐れがあり、また穿孔部とクリツプとの位
置ずれによるフロアカーペツトの発皺、発皺時の
フロアカーペツトの補修のための取り外しの困難
性等の問題があり、他の従来の構造では、カバー
プレートの取り付けまでの間に、カーペツトフツ
クがフロアサイドシルのフランジから外れやす
く、フロアカーペツトの端縁をカバープレートの
取り付けまで安定して固定しておくことが困難で
あつたり、部品増、工程増、重量増等を招く問題

クリユーを拡開させて開口部の周縁を密閉すると
共にカバープレートＥをフロアサイドシルに固定
している。このため、グロメツトスクリユーによ
り、前記穿設された開口部は水密に閉塞され、発
錆の恐れは無いが、フロアカーペツト取付用の開
口部がフロアサイドシルに穿設された場合は、該
開口部はフロアカーペツトで水密に閉塞されるこ
とは無いので、この部分から発錆するものであ

ネル２側の面９Ａに弾接する係止片１０に、上向
き開口１１Ａを有し前記面９Ａに弾接する側面形
状略く字形のクランプ片１１が形成されて、カー
ペツト６の係止用のクランプ部１２とされてお
り、フロアカーペツト６の端縁７に固着されてい
る縦断面逆Ｌ字形の長尺のカーペツトフツク８
が、前記クランプ部１２に係止されており、さら
に、前記フロアサイドシル３のフランジ９とワイ
ヤーハーネスプロテクタ５とに嵌着されてフラン
ジ９に近接したフロアサイドシルアウタパネル２
の上壁に圧接させられているカバープレート１３
と、前記フランジ９との挟着により、フロアカー
ペツト６の端縁７が車体側に取り付けられている
という構成とすることにより、カーペツトフツク
を前記プロテクタの取付クランプによつて係止す
ることにより、フロアカーペツトの端縁がフロア
サイドシルの上壁を覆うカバープレート取付時ま
で、簡単にはフロアサイドシルのフランジから外
れないようにすること、フロアカーペツトの取付
構造部分からの発錆の恐れを無くすること、フロ
アカーペツト取付位置のずれの修正を容易とする
こと、該カーペツトの取り外しを容易に行いうる
ようにすること、ワイヤーハーネスプロテクタの
取付クランプという既存の単一部品で、ワイヤー
ハーネスプロテクタの取付け、固定と、カーペツ
トフツクの係止という２作用を達成させ、部品
増、工程増、重量増等を伴うことなく、フロアカ
ーペツトの取付けの作業性、品質の向上を図るこ
