Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a soil conditioner which is excellent in crop increase effect, etc., odorless and cheap, by adding a vegetable fiber scum to active sludge obtd. from an org. waste water, squeezing water, mixing a predetermined amt. of Oya stone powder thereinto and performing aging in a fermenter until the carbon content reaches a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A vegetable fiber scum is added to active sludge obtd. by conducting bio-treatment of an org. waste water discharged from a paper pulp mill, etc., and water is squeezed until the water content amounts to 60-70%. Subsequently, 5-30wt.% Oya stone powder is mixed into the sludge, and the mixture is introduced into a rotary fermenter or a flat fermenting apparatus. Aging is performed until the carbon content amounts to 30-40%. Thus, a soil conditioner is obtd. Because of the incorporation of the Oya stone powder which has a large cation exchange capacity, it is possible to adsorb the malodor of the active sludge. Moreover, because of a synergistic effect of the active sludge and the Oya stone powder, it is possible to further improve the fertilizer effect as a soil conditioner.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention is based on the characteristics of Oya stone, which is produced in the Daizen region of Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, which has a high cation exchange capacity, and the stone itself is basic and has a low phosphate absorption capacity. By incorporating it into raw materials, we aim to prevent bad odors from being adsorbed and to have a synergistic effect when mixed with organic matter, aiming to increase the fertilizing effect of the soil layer as a soil conditioner. It is.

The gist of the present invention is to improve the soil by aerobically fermenting a mixture of activated sludge from R wastewater and waste paper pulp fibers with 5-30% Otani stone powder and adjusting the carbon content to 30-40%. Compost obtained by adding wood bark and sawdust to livestock waste, soil improvement material that mixes 5 to 30% by weight of Oya stone into activated sludge of wood and organic wastewater, and adjusts the carbon content to 30 to 40 through aerobic fermentation. The present invention consists of a soil improvement material in which Otani stone powder sufficient for deodorization is mixed in, and the Ha method thereof, thereby achieving the intended purpose.
