Abstract

PURPOSE:To effect heat retaining property, moisture absorbing property, insulating property, durability, light-weight characteristic, with adding artistic feature, by applying an adhesive agent to a cloth-like sheet having air permeability, bonding a net-shaped cloth thereonto and inserting feathers thereinto for bonding. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive agent 2 is applied to a desired part of a lateral surface of a cloth-like sheet 1 having air permeability. A net-shaped cloth 3 is bonded all over the upper surface of the applied adhesive agent 2. Then, feathers 4 are gradually inserted from a center or an end part of the net-like cloth 3 along meshes and distance thereof and bonded each other. When the feathers 4 are bonded all over in the upper and lower, and right and left directions of the cloth 3, and the adhesive agent 2 is dried, a feather cloth is obtained. It is possible to select the material, width, thickness or size of skin texture for the cloth-like sheet 1, the type, i.e., hard or soft, and strength of the agent 2, the strength of the material and size of meshes of the net-like cloth 3, the distance and angle with which the features are inserted, the size and color of the feathers 4, depending on the use of the feather cloth.

本発明は以上のような構造でこれを製造するときは、用

選択、接着剤（２）の硬質・軟質・強度の選択、ネット
状の生地（３）の素材の強弱及び網目の大小の選択、ま
た差し込む網目の間隔及び角度の選択、羽毛（４）の大
小・染色の選択で様々な羽毛生地を製造することかでき
