[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an underlay in which a plate-shaped core material is placed inside a cushion material housed in a bag-shaped cover member.

従来より額縁や置物或いは家具等の下敷として
小型の座蒲団が用いられていた。
Traditionally, small cushions have been used as a base for picture frames, ornaments, furniture, etc.

This zafuton is generally a cloth bag stuffed with cotton, and there are square-shaped ones and triangular-shaped ones for picture frames. These are simply cloth bags stuffed with cotton, and for example, when an ornament or the like is placed on top of them, the cloth bag wrinkles and its value as an ornament is halved. In particular, triangular underlays used for picture frames can lose their elasticity over a long period of time, causing them to sag.

In other words, the underlay is not only used to prevent scratches on the furniture, etc. on which the figurine is placed, but it must also be used to highlight the design of the figurine itself or add more weight to it. It is something that cannot happen.

For this reason, there is a method of adding more cotton to prevent wrinkles, but this makes the ornament uncomfortable to sit on or causes it to swell too much, which is not aesthetically pleasing.

In addition, even when used as an underlay for the legs of heavy furniture such as desks, etc., conventional products are simply stuffed with cotton to create a bulge, so they easily dent, and the shape of tatami mats, etc. Moreover, when the desk was moved, the cotton became loose and eventually no longer held its original shape, so it did not function well as an underlay.

As a result of intensive research, the inventor of the present invention found that by inserting a soft core material between the conventional cushioning materials such as cotton, it was possible to prevent wrinkles from forming in bag-like cover members such as cloth bags, and also to We have developed an extremely superior underlay both functionally and aesthetically, with the ability to provide tension.

The underlay according to the present invention can be achieved by placing the cushion material between the cushion materials, that is, on both sides of the core material, and inserting this into the cover member, which prevents deformation and distributes the load. Will not damage tatami mats, etc. In addition, by making the core material soft, it may sag slightly when placing ornaments, etc.
Not only is it comfortable to sit on, but the corners of the underlay are curved sharply, making it extremely beautiful.

Here, the cover member referred to in the present invention is a bag-shaped fabric that is usually used as a cushion, such as habutae, chirimen, habata, meisen, dainshi, pongee, merlins, hemp, etc.
It is made of a material such as noodles. Of course, it also includes Japanese paper, non-woven fabrics, etc. if it is used exclusively as a base for ornaments, etc. Further, as the cushion material, not only cotton but also synthetic cotton, foam rubber, etc. may be used.

FIGS. 1a and 1b each show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a cushion material 3 is installed inside a cover member 2.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of square and triangular underlays 1 with a soft core material 4 inserted therebetween.

In this embodiment, the core material 4 is a carpet made of synthetic fibers needle-punched and hardened with resin, but other materials may also be used, such as short-pile carpet, leather, thick canvas treated with resin, rubber and sponge, etc. It may also be a composite material such as. In other words, the requirements for the core material 4 are to have appropriate hardness to prevent deformation and softness to the extent that deflection occurs. It is preferable that the surface has a rough texture to prevent slippage. Of course, the skin,
A roughness similar to that of canvas is sufficient, but the surface of rubber or the like may be flocked, or a pressure-sensitive adhesive or adhesive may be applied to attach the cushion material 3.

FIG. 2a shows a state in which a figurine 6 is placed on a conventional underlay, and wrinkles 7 are formed on the cover member 2 around the figurine 6. This is unavoidable since it is simply packed in a cloth bag and its shape is maintained only by the cover member 2.

As shown in FIG. 2b, if the underlay 1 according to the present invention is used, the four corners will be in a taut state, and there will be no or almost no wrinkles 7.

That is, by inserting the core material 4 between the cushion materials 3 as shown in FIG. As a result, the peripheral edge of the cover member 2 that encloses the cushion material 3 is raised up, resulting in an extremely aesthetically pleasing product. This means that the core material 4 is inserted between the cushion materials 3. In other words, the presence of the cushion material 3 on the bottom surface of the core material 4 causes the soft core material 4 to flex and its peripheral edge to warp. By having the cushion material 3 on the upper surface, the upper surface can be made to have a bulge.

In addition, by inserting this core material 4, the underlay 1
The center part becomes hard and a gong is used instead of figurine 6.
It also has the effect of making it easier to resonate and make a better sound.

Furthermore, if the underlay 1 according to the present invention is used as the underlay for the legs 10 of heavy furniture such as a desk as shown in FIG. can be prevented. In other words, this can be achieved by dispersing the weight on the furniture legs 10 with the core material 4, allowing it to fulfill its original role as an underlay.

FIGS. 4a and 4b show another embodiment of the present invention, in which a punched hole 8 is provided in the center of the core material 4, so that only the cushion material 3 is left in the center of the underlay 1. This is extremely effective when placing an ornament 6 that is difficult to sit on because it is less likely to be dented when the object 6 is placed thereon. This punched hole 8 is not just a round hole, but may be a hole cut out to match the shape of the foot of a bronze statue, etc., as shown in FIG. 4c, for example. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper and lower surfaces of the cover member 2 in the center of the underlay 1 are decorated with decorative binding 9 such as a cross pattern using colored threads with a good color scheme, so that a dent is created in the center. You may also do so.

The size of the core material 4 is preferably slightly smaller than the underlay 1 (with a margin of about 2 to 3 cm around the circumference), and the size of the core material 4 is such that the entire periphery of the core material 4 can be wrapped in the cushion material 3. Good. Of course, it may be made to have the same size as the underlay 1, but there is no room for the cushion material 3 to enter the peripheral edge of the core material 4, and the peripheral edge of the underlay 1 becomes angular, which is not very aesthetically pleasing.

Further, the proportion of the cushion material 3 on the upper and lower surfaces of the core material 4 is generally the same for both the upper and lower surfaces so that either the front or back of the underlay 1 can be used. In this case, the cover member 2 may have different colors and patterns on the front and back sides. Furthermore, if the ratio of the cushion material 3 is set to 64 or 73, and when placing a comparatively lightweight ornament 6, etc., the one with more cushion material 3 is placed on top, and the cushion material 3 is placed on the heavier object 6, etc. It may be used differently, such as placing the material with the least amount of material 3 on top.

In addition, the number of core materials 4 may be increased depending on the weight of the ornament, the size of the underlay 1, etc., or core materials 4 with different thicknesses may be replaced.

As described above, the underlay according to the present invention has a core material inserted between the cushion materials of the conventional underlay, and has a feeling of weight due to the swelling of the cushion material, and the core material's original function as an underlay, such as tatami etc. It also has the function of not damaging the surface.

Furthermore, this core material has the excellent effect of preventing the underlay from losing its shape and by providing tension, it prevents the cover member from wrinkling even when ornaments are placed on it. This provides an extremely inexpensive underlay.
