Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a special processed starch utilizable as a binder of pisciculture feed, tissue-improving agent for fish paste product and other confectionery raw material, etc., by mixing starch with carrageenan and treating the mixture with an extruder. CONSTITUTION:Starch is mixed with 0.5-30% of carrageenan. The obtained mixture is added with <=30% of water, treated with an extruder at 100-200 deg.C, extruded through a die hole of the extruder in expanded state and pulverized after drying to obtain fine powder.

はα−澱粉とカラゲーナンとを単に混合して使用される
ことはあったが、両者を混合してエクストルーダー処理
したものについては使用されていなかった。

混合する場合、冷水溶解時は澱粉が懸濁されるのみであ
り、α−澱粉を混合する場合は、異常な高粘度状態とな
る。又、カラゲーナンに於いても、冷水溶解の場合ゲル
形成は全く見られない等、加工上難点があり、混合によ
る相乗効果は何ら見られなかった。

結性を持たせるためには、澱粉とカラゲーナンを適当な

より澱粉をα化し、又、カラゲーナンの熱溶解を同時に
させ、エクストルーダーのダイ孔より膨化状態で射出し
、乾燥粉砕、微粉化するのが最も適当な方法であると考
え、その開発研究を行った。

行った。膨化状態でダイ孔より射出カッターで切断し、
更に粉砕機にて微粉化し、98kgのカラゲーナン混合
α−コーンスターチ粉末を得た。このものを養魚用配合
飼料の原材料として提供した。

コーンスターチ粉末を得た。このものを蒲鉾製造用補強
剤として澱粉に置き換えて使用した。

イ孔より射出、乾燥粉砕することを特徴とする請求項1
記載の特殊加工澱粉の製造方法。
