Conventionally, this type of drainage equipment, as illustrated in FIG. 1, has had a side gutter 100 formed on the shoulder of a newly built road A on the slope B side. However, in this case, rainwater etc. mainly flowing along the surface of the slope B and the road surface only flows into the side gutter 100 and is drained, so the infiltration into the ground C under the slope B and the road surface. Water could not be effectively drained, and this was unsatisfactory in terms of preventing the road surface from becoming loose and slope B collapsing. In addition, since the gutter 100 is provided on the shoulder of the road surface, not only the effective width of the road A becomes narrower, but also the slope C
The gutter 100 is likely to become clogged due to falling earth and sand from the ground, falling rocks, etc., and its drainage function is likely to be impaired, and there is also the disadvantage that maintenance and management to prevent this requires a lot of effort and expense. Ta.

This idea was made in view of the above circumstances.
To provide road drainage equipment that does not require the installation of side ditches on the road shoulders and can effectively drain not only water flowing along the road and slope surfaces but also water that seeps into the ground. By doing so, we can prevent road surface loosening and slope collapse, etc.
At the same time, the purpose is to ensure the widest possible effective width of the road and to eliminate the need for maintenance of drainage functions.

In order to achieve this objective, the present invention consists of a main drainage pipe that is buried in the ground along the longitudinal direction of the road at the boundary between the road surface and the slope, and has a water-permeable pipe wall. It consists of a plurality of branch pipes that are connected at appropriate intervals in the vertical axis direction, are buried in the ground extending in the road width direction, and have water-permeable pipe walls. The exit end is installed on the slope below the road shoulder.

In the road drainage equipment illustrated in FIG. 2, a drainage pipe 1 is buried under the road surface of a road A, and a large number of outlet ends 1 are provided in this drainage pipe 1 in a branched manner.
a... are introduced to the slope D at the lower part of the road shoulder, and are opened on the slope D. That is, as is clear from FIG. 3, the drain pipe 1 described above is one main pipe 1
Branch pipes 13 are connected to a plurality of locations via joints 12 at appropriate intervals in the vertical axis direction of the second pipe.
As shown in the figure, the main pipe 11 is buried in the ground C below the boundary between the road surface and the slope B along the longitudinal direction of the road A, and the branch pipe 13 is buried in the ground C below the road surface with a water flow gradient. It extends in the width direction of the road, with its end, that is, the above-mentioned exit end 1a, being guided to the slope D.

Both the main pipe 11 and branch pipe 13 described above are
It is necessary that the pipe wall forming the water passage has water permeability. For example, a synthetic resin pipe or a concrete pipe with many holes formed in the pipe wall can be used, and in that case, the main pipe 11 and branch pipe 13 are not required to have the necessary load capacity. Of course. In this case, the required load-bearing capacity is sufficient as long as it can withstand the load applied to a portion buried at a depth of about 30 cm from the road surface.

Main pipe 1 of drain pipe 1 explained in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3
1 and the branch pipe 13, in addition to the above-mentioned synthetic resin pipes and concrete pipes, those shown schematically in FIG. 4 (trade name: Pressure Drain, manufactured by Takiron Co., Ltd.) can be suitably used. This net has a regularly corrugated filter layer 32 on the outer periphery of a cylindrical net 31 made of synthetic resin (for example, high-density polyethylene), and has excellent earth pressure resistance and durability. It has the characteristic that it is difficult to cause For example, this product can maintain sufficient drainage performance for long periods of time under the following construction conditions, that is, sufficient drainage performance for water that seeps into the ground on road surfaces and slopes, and does not cause clogging.
Moreover, it has been found to exhibit sufficient load resistance.

Construction conditions Drainage pipe used: Main pipe with a diameter of 200 mm, a filter layer is formed only on the upper 2/3, and the lower 1/3
Part 3 is a gutter-shaped pressure-resistant drain with no openings A pressure-resistant drain with a diameter of 100 mm and a filter layer formed on the entire surface as a branch pipe Burial depth: 30 cm According to the road drainage equipment explained in Figures 2 and 3, Water that permeates into the ground C from the road surface and slope B enters the main pipe 11 or the branch pipe 13 through the walls of those pipes, and the water that permeates into the main pipe 11 flows into the branch pipe 13.
is discharged onto the slope D through the branch pipe 13.
The water that has entered the pipe is directly discharged onto the slope D through the branch pipe 13. Therefore, the road surface and slope B
Since not only the water on the surface of the ground but also the water seeping into the ground C is effectively drained, loosening of the road surface and collapse of the slope B are prevented. Moreover, since drainage is carried out by the drain pipe 1 buried in the ground C, there is no need to provide side ditches on the road shoulders as in the conventional case. Therefore, the road width is not narrowed by the side gutters, and the effort and cost of maintaining and managing the drainage function of the side gutters can be saved.

As is clear from the above explanation, the road drainage equipment according to the present invention not only prevents the road surface from loosening and slope collapse, but also prevents the road width from being narrowed by the drainage equipment. gone,
Furthermore, the effort and cost required for maintenance and management of drainage equipment is significantly reduced compared to conventional systems.
