Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the ingress of sand or the like into a rainwater storage and infiltration reservoir by connecting a rainwater amount adjustment tank to the reservoir with a rainwater feed pipe, and forming the predetermined height of a rising section at the outlet end of the feed pipe. CONSTITUTION:A rainwater amount adjustment tank 1, and a rainwater storage and infiltration reservoir 2 are connected to each other via a feed pipe 5 having a rising section 7 at the outlet end thereof. Also, the feed pipe 5 is fitted to the lower part of the adjustment tank 1, leaving a portion for sediment deposition. In addition, the outlet of the pipe 5 is positioned in the upper part of the reservoir 2. According to the aforesaid construction, the ingress of sediment into the reservoir 2 is prevented, and the clogging thereof can be prevented.
