Claims (1)
- 発光素子から発した光をレンズを通して送出す
る投光部と、該投光部の送出光をレンズを通して
受け電気信号に変換して送出する受光素子と該受
光素子の送出信号のレベルが前記光の経路への物
体の進入による遮光状態に対応しているか否かを
識別して該識別の結果を示す電気信号を出力する
物体検出回路と前記受光素子の送出信号のレベル
が各前記レンズの汚れ並びに前記発光及び受光素
子の性能劣化のいずれかによる半遮光状態に対応
しているか否かを識別して該識別の結果を示す電
気信号を出力する受光量監視回路とを有する受光
部とを、備えていることを特徴とする自己診断機
能付き光センサ。
