  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発光部と、 前記発光部に対向して設けられた受光部と、 前記発光部と受光部間に配置された透光部と遮
    光部を有する光カツト板とからなり、 前記受光部の検出信号により透光部または遮光
    部の位置を検出する光学式位置検出装置において
    、 前記発光部および受光部は透光部または遮光部
    間隔とほぼ等しい間隔に2対設置し、上記両受光
    部の検出信号の差が所定値以内の信号を出力する
    検出回路を設け、誤検出回路の信号によつて透光
    部または遮光部の位置を検出することを特徴とす
    る光学式位置検出装置。
